+ Vegetables: lettuce, tomato, purple cabbage, bell chilli

+ 100 grams of fermented sauce

+ 100 grams of sugar

+ 20 grams of minced shallot and garlic

+ 1 mined chilli

+ 2 teaspoons of peanut butter

+ 30ml coconut juice

How to make Vietnamese salad with fermented sauce:

+ Step 1: Wash vegetables. Cut the purple cabbage, tomato and chilli into dices. Cut the lettuce lengthwise in 2 – 3cm

+ Step 2: Make the mixture of fermented sauce by stir frying minced garlic and shallot, chilli in the oil pan. Next, put the fermented sauce in the pan and quickly stir. Taste for spices and adjust it. Then, put the peanut butter in the pan to make it gelatinous. Before turning off the heat, ladle the coconut juice in the pan and stir.

+ Step 3: Wait until the mixture of fermented sauce becomes warm to mix it with the vegetables. Transfer to the plate and enjoy.
