  1. Taro milkshake:

Ingredients:

  • Taro: 60 – 70 grams

  • Fresh milk: 250ml

  • 1 ladle of condensed milk

How to make:

Step 1:

  • Peel the taro and wash

  • Cut it into the thin pieces and soak in the water

  • Drain well

  • Put each taro pieces into the sauce and steam it

  • After steaming, let it cool and then, put into the blender

  • Add condensed milk and fresh milk into the blender

Ingredients:

  • Taro: 200 grams

  • Shaved coconut: 100 grams

  • Butter or condensed milk: 50 grams (if you like sweet, add more sugar)

  • Jams: 20 grams (any kinds you like)

How to make:

Step 1:

  • Steam the taro as you do in the first step of taro milkshake

Step 2:

  • Let the taro cool

  • Put into a large bowl

  • Add butter or condensed milk

  • Use a spoon to crush finely

  • With this step, you will have to do it carefully to make the taro smooth. Another way is quite simple for you to follow is that you steam the taro in a plastic nylon. Tightly cover it and use a pestle to make it smooth.

  • Put the plastic bag onto the balm or wear the plastic gloves to stir ingredients

  • Spoon the crushed taro
