- Salmon: 450 grams
- 1 spoon of sesame oil, fried sesame
- 2 limes, fresh ginger
- 2 garlic cloves
- Lime juice
- Spring onion
- 1 teaspoon of rice vinegar
- 1 spoon of chilli sauce, 1 spoon of soy sauce, 1 spoon of honey
- Spices: salt, black pepper, fish sauce
How to make fried salmon tasty
Cut the salmon into small fillets
- Firstly, you need to rinse the salmon well and drain well in a mesh sieve. Next, after cutting it into small fillets, marinate the salmon with black pepper, salt and fish sauce (if needed). Set it aside for 30 -45 minutes.
- Wash herbs and drain well in a mesh sieve. Set it aside.
- Wash spring onion and then, cut it lengthwise in 2-3cm.
Marinate the salmon with spices
- After the salmon is marinated well, put it in the pan with the boiling cooking oil. Turn occasionally to make it evenly well-done.
- While frying, put some ginger slices to deodorize the fishy smell.
- Taste for spices including 1 spoon of soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of rice vinegar, 1 spoon of honey, 1 spoon of chilli sauce, lime juice, fried sesame, and 1 spoon of sesame oil. Then, stir well so that the salmon can absorb the mixture.
Fried salmon is simple but attractive
- After the fried salmon is well-done, you will transfer it to the plate. Submerge the knife in the hot water and then use it to cut the fried salmon into medium-sized pieces.
- Take a bowl of hot steamed rice and upside down it in the middle of the large plate. Next, put some herbs on the top of the steamed rice and around it.
- Place the fried salmon on the herbs around the plate.
- Finally, ladle the sauce over and sprinkle the spring onion on the top to make the dish more attractive and eye catchy. You shoul enjoy it when the dish is still hot.
