  • Pork fat: 60 grams
  • Pancake crusts
  • Pachyrhizus
  • 1 chicken egg

  • Spices: 1 spoon of fish sauce, 1 spoon of oyster oil, 1 teaspoon of sugar, 1 teaspoon of sesame oil, 1 teaspoon of finely chopped coriander, 1 teaspoon of minced ginger, a little white pepper

How to make shrimp batters

Step 1:

  • Wash shrimps and remove peels and heads. Cut them into small dices
  • Wash the pork fat and mince it
  • Peel the pachyrhizus and slice it. Next finely chop the slices
  • Add shrimp, pork fat and pachyrhizus into a large bowl and mix well
  • Wash lettuce leaves

Step 2:

  • Beat the chicken egg into a bowl
  • Add 1 spoon of fish sauce, 1 spoon of oyster oil, 1 teaspoon of sugar, 1 teaspoon of sesame oil, 1 teaspoon of finely chopped coriander, 1 teaspoon of minced ginger and a little white pepper. Stir well

Step 3:

  • When the oil starts to boil, put the shrimp batters into the pan and deep fry
  • Turn occasionally and until the crusts turn golden brown, pick them out to the oil absorbing tissues on the plate. In doing so, you can remove the excess oil
