Making Vietnamese stir fry noodle with beef for breakfast

Ingredients for stir fried noodle with beef
Noodle: 2 packs
Mustard plant: 300 grams
Beef shank: 200 grams
Spices: fish sauce, soy sauce, cooking oil, salt, pepper
How to stir fy noodle with beef
Step 1: Rinse beef shank under the running water and then slice it into thin slices. When buying beef, you should ask the seller to slice it for you. You can save time for preparation.
Step 2: Marinate beef slices with fish sauce, salt, pepper. Afterthat, set it aside for 10 minutes so the the beef slices can be marinated well. To make this process faster, you should stir it well.
Step 3: Remove the stems of mustard plant and then wash it. Next, cut it lengthwise in 5 – 6cm. Crush garlic.
Step 4: Soak the noodle in the cold water if you have time. Otherwise, you should boil the water and submerge the noodle and drain well in the mesh sieve. Then, you should add a little oil into the noodle to make it not tangled.
Step 5: Put the pan on the gas stove. Pour the cooking oil in the pan. Add garlic to stir fry first and then, add beef slices. After stir frying for 2-3 minutes, turn off the gas stove and transfer the beef to the plate.
Step 6: Put the pan on the gas stove again. Pour the cooking oil in the pan. Add the mustard plant into the pan. Taste it for salt and fish sauce if necessary. Noticeably, when stir frying the mustard plant, you should add 2 teaspoons of water if there is no juice from the mustard plant. Additionally, in doing so, it can help the mustard plant quickly softer.
Step 7: In the third time, you add the cooking oil in the pan to stir fry the noodles. Turn it to high. If you like spicy taste, you can add a little chilli sauce or chilli slices. When the noodle is nearly well done, you put the mustard plant and beef slices into the pan. Season for mor salt if neeeded.
