After the dinner, enjoying the delicious and flavorful chocolate pudding is very interesting. The following recipe is quite simple and easy for you to prepare and make:

Ingredients for chocolate pudding:

  • 2 chicken eggs
  • Sugar: 45 grams
  • Corn starch: 25 grams
  • Sugar-free fresh milk: 250ml
  • Fresh cream: 100ml
  • Chocolate (60 – 75%): 60 grams
  • ½ teaspoon of vanilla
  • Salt
  • Pudding holders

How to make chocolate pudding:

  • Step 1: Put the chocolate onto a cutting board and mince the chocolate like the below picture

Mince the chocolate

  • Step 2:

+ Beat the eggs into a bowl. Separate the egg white

+ Mix the egg red with sugar and whip it until it turns light yellow

Whip the eggs evenly

+ Add the corn starch into the bowl though a mesh and stir well

  • Step 3:

+ Boil the fresh milk with a little salt with the medium heat

+ When the milk starts boiling, turn off the heat

+ Add the milk into the bowl of eggs and stir well

+ Filter the mixture through a mesh and pour into the sauce

  • Step 4:

+ Turn the heat to medium and continue stirring the mixture

+ When the mixture starts to be gelatinous, remove from the heat

+ Filter through the mesh again

Heat the milk

  • Step 5:

+ When the mixture is still hot, add chocolate and vanilla and quickly stir it to melt the chocolate

+ Add the fresh cream and stir well

+ Let the mixture cool and evenly pour into the different pudding holder

Some notices when making the chocolate pudding:

  • After removing the mixture from the heat, it is still thick so we just need to make the mixture gelatinous. When it is gelatinous, turn off the heat immediately. In doing so, we can avoid making the mixture too condensed to mix with chocolate.
  • Turn the heat to low or medium as the completely coil the mixture
  • After stirring, taste the mixture. If the mixture is not well done, you can add a little milk and continue boiling with the low heat
  • While waiting the mixture for 10 – 15 minutes, mix and stir well one more time to make the mixture smooth
  • Chocolate pudding is one of the most delicious for the sweetness lovers
  • Before serving, decorate the chocolate pudding with slices of fruits or mint leaves in order to make it more attractive and eye catchy.
