Ingredients:

  • 1 can of tuna
  • Purple cabbage: 100 grams
  • Carrot: 50 grams
  • Cucumber: 100 grams
  • 1 green bell chilli
  • 15ml orange juice (optional)
  • 15ml olive oil
  • Spices: salt, lime juice

How to make:

Step 1:

  • Soak the cabbage, carrot, cucumber and green pepper in salt water
  • Rinse well and slice them

Step 2:

  • Use a large bowl to contain purple cabbage
  • Add green pepper (Green pepper will provide vitamin C)
  • Add carrot strips to not only make the salad more colorful and crunchier but also provide vitamin A

Ingredients:

  • 1 tomato
  • 1 big potato (or 200 grams of small potatoes)
  • French beans: 100 grams
  • Lettuce: 100 grams
  • 1 chicken egg
  • ½ can of tuna
  • 8 – 10 olives
  • Onion
  • 2 spoons of rice vinegar (or apple vinegar)
  • ½ teaspoon of Dijon mustard
  • Minced garlic
  • Salt, white pepper
  • 3 spoons of olive oil

How to make:

Step 1:

  • Wash tomato, lettuce, French beans, onion and potato well
  • Peel the onion and slice it into round slices, then, soak into the cold water with a little rice vinegar

Step 2:

  • Boil the chicken egg. Next, let it cool and shell. Cut into squares

Step 3:

  • Peel the potato and cut into square pieces.
  • Bring it to a boil.
  • Then, soak into the cold water for 15 minutes before draining

Step 4:

  • Cut the French beans lengthwise in 4cm
  • Boil it and soak into the cold water for 15 minutes
  • Drain well

Step 5:

  • Cut the olives into halves horizontally

Step 6:

  • Open the can of tuna and remove the oil inside the can
  • Take about ½ tuna out of the can

Step 7:

Put all ingredients into a prepared large plate

Step 8:

Make the dressing sauce: 1 spoon of rice vinegar, ½ teaspoon of Dijon mustard, minced garlic, white pepper, salt and 3 spoons of olive oil

Put all of spices into a large bowl and stir well

Step 9:

Pour the dressing sauce onto the plate of salad before mixing and eating
