- 500gr mung bean, peeled cover
- 500gr white sugar
- Flour mill machine
- A metal pot
- Cellophane oven
- A metal mold
- Tapioca starch, a tray, and a new toothbrush
Clean mung bean and soak in hot water about 2 hours
Boil mung bean
After leaving mung bean cool, use flour mill machine to grind cooked bean finely
Put bean paste into one pot, mix with sugar, and leave it about 30 minutes. Stir paste in medium heat until it becomes dry. Use one finger to press on the surface of the paste. If the paste is not sticky but smooth, we can make cakes.
