Deep Fried Pork in Sweet and Sour Sauce (Thịt Sốt Chua Ngọt)

300 pork meat
2 tablespoons ketchup
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
60g sugar
100g wheat flour or corn powder
1 chicken egg
Salt, pepper

Process:

Step 1: Mix ketchup with sugar and rice vinegar plus 2 tablespoons water.
